In order to improve communication and answer the questions of new customers, we have prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions: :  

Payment for the order is made after signing the contract and receiving a proforma invoice with the indicated account number. For security reasons, we recommend that you also check whether the account number indicated by us is on the official government websites at: http://adisreg.mfcr.cz/adistc/DphReg?ZPRAC=FDPHI1&poc_dic=1

After receiving the signed contract, we start the sales procedure. This process may take from several to over a dozen of days depending on the time necessary to properly register the vehicle and prepare it for transport. You can control the course of delivery all the time at http://transport.eu-neuwagen.pl/customer-order-status

You will receive a complete set of documents necessary to register the car. All the cars we deliver are successfully and without any problems registered in their markets. As a rule, we provide an invoice, CoC and registration documents. When it comes to the warranty, some car manufacturers now issue it electronically, so we do not always have a “paper” document.

Please contact us in advance to make a payment in EURO. The exchange rate must be arranged and booked on our side. Of course, this issue does not apply to cars delivered from Slovakia where all payments are made in EURO. Also keep in mind that our EURO account number is different for than the one for PLN payments.

Register at db.eu-neuwagen.pl. After receiving all required documents, including company registration documents, the administrator will grant you access.

No. Every day we send offers directly to your e-mail with cars that may not be listed in the database but are still available for sales.

Go to the website http://transport.eu-neuwagen.pl/make-to-orders-status, enter your EU VAT number and the order number you received on the contract.

Yes, just send us the link to the offer you found on the Internet and we will contact the seller and negotiate the terms with him or her.

As a rule, we organize the transport of cars. Due to the fact that we transport many vehicles every week, our carriers are more flexible.
